I've been a New World customer for almost four years now and I thought it was time that I let you know how much I appreciate the service I've received during that time. Reliability, flexibility and customer service are all things that I've seen demonstrated on many, many occasions. I only manage a dozen or so websites (some are "reseller" accounts and some are set up so that my client pays you direct), so I know that even the smaller firms receive that same level of service. (Your support staff has) ... been extremely responsive and helpful when we've had technical issues, even when I've asked some pretty dumb questions. You were recommended to me by the webmaster of FrontPageWorld.com simply stating - great prices, great features, AMAZING support. Well, in the last 2 weeks I've had opportunity to test the support (I use the support pages extensively - very good!) and have had to call twice. Fact is, someone answers in SECONDS both times. They were friendly, helpful, rooted out the issues, not once was I called an "idiot", though they may have been thinking it. :-)
I'm already in the process of moving all my stuff from (other host) to OneWorld. I've had some tight deadlines and the live person saved my bacon both times. I now have my own "amazing support" stories and will recommend you all whole-heartedly.
